§1 The following terms of delivery and sales apply with the distribution of the order, also to future business, as of the orderer's recognition and are obligatory. Deviating agreements require our written confirmation to their legal validity. By the abolition, change or legal invalidity of individual conditions, totally or partly, all other conditions remain unaffected.

§2 All prices are noncommittal. Price adjustments remain reserving expressly. The indicated prices understand themselves including the legal value added tax.

§3 You can order in every form (telephone, letter, FAX, e-mail, internet...). By telephone you can contact us mondays till fridays in the time of 10am - 5pm (Central European Time). Please note that you can only contact us in german or english language.
Each order will be processed mostly on the same day. We ask for understanding for delivery times of 4 - 8 days. Owing to the increased costs we only process partial deliveries after consultation.

§4 Overseas and foreign countries: the costs go fully debited to the orderer. Please note special remarks in the description of some soil or substrate sacks!

§5 Times for delivery are noncommittal. The correct and punctual self supply is in each case a condition, i.e. all events, which lie outside of our influence possibilities, relieve us of the adherence to received delivery obligations to shift and/or give themselves the right to withdraw totally or partly from the contract or the date of delivery around the duration of the delay. Requirements for compensation of any kind are impossible.

§6 Complaints must be given up within one week after receipt of the commodity in writing or by telephone. Goods with material or factory defects can be send back to us (only including a note with the description of the defect).
It stands in our discretion to decide whether such an error is present. If it is present, we take over the developed costs. In all other cases the costs go debited to the customer. For unused goods an unrestricted return right exists within 14 days.

§7 The commodity is dispatched discretely by DHL (a subsidiary of the Deutsche Post). We accept the following manners of payment:

Cash in advance/prepayment (foreign countries); Development: You order - we send you an advance invoice - you pay by transer - we will send you your order after receipt of your money.
ATTENTION! Foreign customers please note: Our shopsystem does not calculate the shipping costs to abroad correctly. We are very sorry about that, but it's a mistake of the included software. Please wait to send us money untill you've received an e-mail from us, posting the final amount. Thank you.
You can also pay via credit card or via Giropay by Saferpay. We accept Maestro International, Master Card and Visa Card.
This paying system is run by Saferpay and we don't charge our customers.

Intending to protect us and our customers from credit-card fraud, we reserve our right to random check the legal use of the credit-card.
Therefor we ask the casually selected customer to send us a verification of his legal ownership of the card in form of one of the newest chargings (letterhead and card number will do).
 

§8 The supplied commodity remains as our property until the complete payment of the purchase price.
