General information about our offers and prices
The stated prices in Euro (EUR) include the official VAT (payable inside EU), plus forwarding expenses (see chart below). The purchase price is mature in full when your order is delivered.
- Our offers are without engagement
- Prices and technical concern are subjects to alteration
- Product images (e.g. online catalogue) are solely for illustration and don't commit us to deliver accurately to picture and dimensions.

Payment options - Pay the way you like!
For payment you have the choice between

- Cash on delivery (COD)


- Prepayment (bank transfer)

- Credit card, respectively direct debit

or even when picking up goods, when you of course can choose between credit card and cash.

Delivery time  -  Our customers compliment UDOPEA on our promptness.*
We will deliver your order as prompt as possible, normally on the next workday. But we can not accept an obligation for his, unless we have agreed in written form. No delivery or forwarding on Sun- and public holidays.

Disposability
We reserve the possibility to deliver part-orders, as far as it's reasonable for you as our customer. Even with part-delivery you only pay the shipping costs once, of course.



Insurance cover
Your parcel, so your ordered goods, is insured by a cargo insurance, as long as the parcel is on it's way. The insurance cover ends, as soon as the parcel is delivered. The risk then is with the customer.

Here you find a chart together with a sample calculation for your information. Your final shipping costs will be calculated automatically and displayed at the end of your order transaction.
