Ruck 5-step transformer Speed Controller with 5.0 ampere

These transformer speed controllers are based on the principle of voltage control with auto-transformers. They are applicable to voltage-controllable motors to
control the speed (of fans, pumps etc.). When choosing a controller it is important to know the current intensity consumption on the tabs.
An instruction in English language will be supplied together with the device.
But only a professional electrician should assemble the speed controller.

The scemes with TK provide an excellent protection for motors equipped with thermal contacts. These controller lay a control circuit over the motors built-in
thermal contacts. When these contacts open due to motors overheating, this circuit is broken and the controller instantly stops the motor.
There is no automatic restart! After eliminating the cause of overheating one can reset by putting the switch in "Off"-position for a few moments.

In normal conditions the controllers are maintenance-free. If soiled, clean with dry or dampish cloth. In case of heavy pollution clean with non-aggressive
cleaning agent. In these circumstances the controller should be disconnected from the mains. Pay attetion that no fluids enter the controller device.
Only reconnect the controller to the mains when it's dry.
It's an on-wall device with removable plastic housing. Indispensable for a silent speed control with low noise.
