This tube fan – or radial ventilator – by PRIMA KLIMA circulates 420 m³ air per hour on step I, even 800 m³ air per hour in step II and works quite quiet. (Using it with speed contoller, it always has to be switched on step II, but with this system, you don't necessarily need a speed controller.)
