This ebb flow table inlay is especially suitable for the cloning of cuttings and needs a hole of 30 mm Ø. To drill this hole without destroying the box you need a so called conical drill. If you don't have one, we can drill the holes for you by an extra charge of 3.- Euro

This hole is crucial, because we need an inflow and an outflow at the flood table. You have to connect the hole with a hose. Through the inflow you flood the table until all plants are watered. The mat of inorganic fibre (garden fleece) that you have put underneath the plants before gets wet as well. And then the water goes back down throug the same hole afterwards.
If some of the roots are without coverage they now take dewiness from the mat. Without the mat they would be in danger to dry up quickly, because the level of evaporation is very high in the heat of a growbox.
With this procedure you can irrigate bigger areals more evenly. Each plant recieves the same amount of water.
