This Cooltube tempered glass-tube reflector is equipped with an outer reflectingwing and an inner reflecting wing. The inner wing is - according to it's name - to be assembled inside the cooltube. The outer wing must be mounted, but that's very easy and quick, as shown in the pictures. You clip on this outer wing onto the cooltube.
Furthermore the Cooltube tempered glass-tube reflector has two 125er connectors to be connected directly to the fan and remove the hot air within. This gives you several advantages: It's easier to keep the temperature constant, even in combination with a small an ineffectiv fan. You can use smaller rooms or rooms in the cellar more effectively. Your plants can grow closer to the lamp without being burned. The reflector should hang in a low position to reach the maximum of light intensity. The right height to hang the reflector can be detected by measuring the hot-spot.
Basicly is valid: As cooler and more humid the airflow is, as better the cooling effect.
Working in good conditions the Cooltube reflector can cool down the air at 8 degrees Celsius.

The coolube is an indispensable equipment for plant growing in CO₂ rooms.
Pay attention that the exhauster pushes the air through the Cool-Tube (as shown on the drawing), if not the the fan will get too hot and can damage your device.

Further on you should fix the hoses with duct tape to the lamp, because the heat makes it melt. You should use our hose clamps for this matter.

This Cooltube tempered glass-tube reflector is compatible with lamps of the power 250W, 400W and 600W.
